Prevent Hair Loss with Yoga before Your Wedding

Every bride and groom wants to be seen perfectly on wedding day because everyone’s eyes (guests) will be on the newly wedding couple. Every moment of the couple will be watched by guests. So, it is important for the couple that from top to bottom, they need to look unique, good and perfect. For example, a bride wearing nice accessories, gown, veil, and having a bouquet in her hands will look good on her wedding day. If her hair is looking dull or not shining or looking uneven due to hair fall on her wedding day, the bride will not be happier on that day. You can make your hair silkier, softer, and beautiful on your wedding day, if you practice some yoga techniques three to six months prior to your wedding.

The main causes of hair loss are anxiety, worry and tension. Yoga helps in hair growth. This is done using some simple steps in yoga which will help increase the blood circulation on the head, thus improving hair growth. Yoga asanas will reduce stress and anxiety, improve digestive process and improve the circulation of blood in the head. Yoga asanas will increase the production of oxygen and nutrients to the head thus helping hair growth. Yoga also improves the physical health and mental health of a person.

Following are some of the yoga techniques for hair growth:

  • Kapalabhati pranayama.
  • Headstand or sirsasana.
  • Pavanmuktasana or wind releasing pose.
  • Vajrasana or Diamond pose.
  • Shoulder stand or Sarvangasana.
  • Bending straight forward pose or Uttanasana.
  • Downward facing dog pose or Adho Mukha Svanasana.
  • Camel pose or Ustrasana.
  • Sasangasana or Rabbit pose.

Along with above poses, if you massage your scalp with warm hair oils, your hair will not brake and your hair will grow faster.
